- Damage is affected by +/- DMG, Dodge, Critical, Shield, etc., but the effect persists. Example: Life Drain 150 with Critical will result to 150 x 2 = 300 damage, but still with 150 heal
- Even with 0 damage, the Heal effect persists
- Eclipse blocks the Healing part
